In contrast to most berries, the mulberry is naturally deliciously sweet. The fruit is known for being rich in magnesium, potassium and iron. Combining pulses and grains for a good uptake of iron is known from the vegetarian diet. But a daily handful of mulberries could also work wonders for the Hb level.
